If piloa isn’t right for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Items should be returned in reasonable condition with any accessories.

How to start a return

Email contact@mypiloa.com with your order number and we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the funds.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
