Products

The piloa weekly electronic pill organiser is a medication reminder aid, not a medical device. It does not replace advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow the directions of your healthcare professional. We describe our products as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly between screens.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers (card, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available).

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not limit any rights you have under that law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of the product or the cost of resupply. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
